1. Tent manufacturer
When choosing a tent manufacturer, Sheng Yixin recommends that you choose a large manufacturer with a brand and quality assurance. Don't just be greedy for cheap prices.
Although some manufacturers offer attractively cheap prices in the early stage, you get what you pay for. They produce substandard tents and tent assembly accessories, which will cause the price of tent installation and subsequent maintenance to rise, and the gain outweighs the loss.
2. Tent material
But it’s definitely right to shop around when shopping. But when you compare, you must clearly see what raw materials each company uses and what processing technology they use.
The frame of Shengyixin tent is made of aluminum alloy material 6061-t6, a high-strength industrial aluminum alloy, which is lightweight, durable and corrosion-resistant.
When it comes to the selection of tarpaulins, Sheng Yixin chooses high-quality PVC double-sided knife-scraped coated tarpaulins. Double-sided waterproof, flame-retardant, UV-resistant and heat-insulating. Soft and easy to fold, it will not become hard in winter. And there will be no breakage after folding multiple times.
3. Specifications and dimensions
The tent is a prefabricated building with no columns in the middle. The clear span space can make the site larger and more open. So this requires very high requirements for the tent frame. The greater the height and span of the tent, the larger the material specifications, and the higher the price. However, within a certain span, if the materials are the same, the larger the tent area, the cheaper it will be. For specific dimensions, please consult professional tent customer service.
4. Shape
Tents have various shapes, such as herringbone, spire, arc, spherical, etc., with different styles and functions, different structures, different methods and processes, and the complexity of design and manufacturing will lead to different prices.
5. Practice plan
In addition to regular shapes, the tents also support a variety of tent combinations. It can be done conventionally or high-end, which will lead to differences in tent prices.
*A site of the same area can be built as one large tent or as a combination of two or more tents, which is decided according to the needs of the customer. As we mentioned earlier, the larger the span of the tent, the more expensive it will be. Therefore, for large venues, we recommend building a tent combination, as the unit price will be much lower.
6. Tent supporting facilities
In addition to conventional tents, tents also support various supporting facilities.
The PVC double-layer knife-scraped tarpaulin can be added with thermal insulation cotton cloth, or can be replaced with glass walls, color steel plates, rock wool boards and other materials; the interior of the tent can be equipped with industrial air conditioners, dehumidifiers and other accessories, and the price will also increase.
7. Geographical location
Unexpectedly, the geographical location where the tent is installed will also affect the price of the tent.
For example, the cost of building on the ground is different from that on the roof. There are many different situations on the roof, which need to be judged based on the on-site conditions. Some sites have high terrain and require large cranes to transport materials; some sites have many obstacles and can only be built manually and need to be adjusted at any time. These will also affect the quotation of the tent.
8. Installation and construction
In addition, tent construction methods include the manufacturer sending a construction team; the manufacturer providing instructors, and hiring local laborers to build the tent. Although the cost of the manufacturer coordinating the construction with local workers is much lower than the direct construction team assigned by the manufacturer, preliminary communication is still required.
